the app is great but the new updates are really confusing. Also if I purchase multiple items then it shows as different orders so if I want to cancel the order due to any reason then it doesn't allow it. Another problem is that there are no change address option available for some items but you should allow change address atleast before the products are in transit.

It has been my favourite platform for 4 years. I just loved the available collections and their exchange services. But my recent experience was really bad. I placed a return request, and after a struggle of two weeks, I got the refund, but still, they don't know the reason for the pick-up failure. Two days ago, I ordered an item, but they cancelled it from their end without notifying me, and again, they don't know the reason and are not ready to raise a complaint.

Pathetic customer experience, no help from customer support. Inexperienced and rude delivery agents. Order are not delivered on time, refund is not credited on time, coupon codes don't work, super coins are useless, customer support is not trained to deal with customers. The app and service have become terrible lately. I'm deleting the app as soon as my last order is delivered - god knows when.
