Navigation is very difficult and not user friendly. Everytime i sign in, it seems like vital info that was previously there has vanished and is inaccessible. They use to provide equity balance on home page and now i cant locate it anywhere. They used to tell you what your house is currently worth and now it based on inaccurate "neighborhood" worth. Their amortization graph is 100% useless. They want to charge us over a hundred dollars for a 6 day lapse in insurance due to a legitimate mistake.

app works fine, makes it easy to pay mortgage as well as extra principal. sadly, every update deletes credentials, making it impossible to login unless I am at home and have access to PW manager, making Mobile app useless, at times. there are check boxes to "remember" or to use fingerprint, but that all gets wiped.

I had to downgrade the app to 3 stars cuz its missing info a user would normally like to see: the history of how the loan is decreasing with every payment. The app only shows you your payment history, but not how the original debt has decreased with each payment. It has a forecast of how will it decrease but not how it actually has decreased, and I think that if the user were able to see this in the payment history, it would encourage them to open the app more and put +into principal.
