The drivers for this app has bad route map. They usually loss track on the way. And the customer service is a scam asking the confidential secret pin no. to refund the money. And they cannot resolve the issue at all. I've being using uber for long time but haven't face this type of situation where the driver drop to a undesired location. And charging double the price to deliver to the right place.🥲🥲

Very worst app. From last one year I am using this app but from 2 months the app is working worst and service is also bad. Once I had booked cab but my ride has not arrived and driver notified me that he reached the location. Also the ride didn't cancel automatically even the app didn't support for any communication only asking feedback. I am really very disappointed with this service.😐😐😐

I have been using Rapido for a long time, but for the past two weeks, the service has gone downhill, so I had to switch to Uber and Ola. The prices that used to come earlier have almost doubled for the same distance. This is happening because the app is taking a longer route. Because of this, I have stopped using Rapido.
