Two stars from the perspective of actually having an app versus my previous lender, but here's a suggestion that should be glaringly obvious: biometric/fingerprint access should not reset any more frequently than a mortgage billing cycle. That's one month. Any shorter and it totally defeats the purpose of the biometric option. Just like any other financial institution nowadays, I won't be holding my breath for this "oversight" to be resolved.

If i could give a zero star rating i would, Literally just created my account today and app keeps crashing and giving me errors when logging into the app and even the website is having the same errors at the exact same time. Terrible services.

I have to reset my username and password every single time I try to use the app. My Google saves my info and each time it tells me everything is wrong.
