Absolutely a waste of time! When I'm trying to schedule a visit, it only allows me to block the contact and keeps relooping back to choosing contact of whom you want to video chat with. When inmate video chats, I attempt to answer call and nothing happens but hangs up right away... video doesn’t even go through. Fix the bugs so we can see our loved ones!

Been trying, and keep trying. Use multiple Apps for full service. Apps fail; they aren't intergrated well. Customer service was limited success and claims my phone is verified finally, but still unable to video chat. I'm reasonably suspicious that it's difficulty may not be accidental. Just my opinion. ( Months later, customer service can't fix anything. Still can't video chat!)

I had a visit scheduled. I couldn't connect. I did everything and went through the steps but it wouldn't connect. After continuing to try it said my time ran out After 5 minutes even though I had 10 to connect. This app doesn't work. I think it's a false hope for those wanting to see their families knowing they won't. AND it makes you share all of your videos and pictures on your device!
