I would give 0 stars if I had the option. This app is the worst shopping app I've ever used. I love the store shopping experience and products but this app is a nightmare. Constantly reloading and waiting for it to reload. Refreshing page. I try to search one thing, such as white jeans, and it takes me to a page of jeans. I click on one I might like and then try to go back one page to see the list to keep looking and it takes me to the beginning. How embarrassing 😅 for Tilly's.

I ordered this already this morning and my order did not go through even though I paid and went to the end of the process. I then signed out and checked my order status and it was not there. No order.

I don't know how I would have gotten through Christmas this past year without Tillys. They literally had almost everything on my shopping list!! Plus, I always find some goodies for mom, aka (me) like sneakers. 😁💜
