Generally, an overall favorable app. It is rather convuluted, as compared to other apps of this kind, and takes a few weeks to get used to. It is, however, functional and has some unique features. THE ONE INTOLERABLE Condition is the app does not download MMS, SMS, and other types of media messages! 😠 UNACCEPTABLE! I paid for a year, have had the app for a few months, and when I notice I've been sent a media message, I have to ask the sender to forward it to another proprietary app!!! We'll see

As a paid subscriber for years, it's amazing that I have clicked dismiss on the video caller ID setup and other settings of the interface 3339 million times in the past years. I get it. You want people to enable features, but why even have a dismiss option that does not respect the user's choice permanently. I don't want to enable those features stop spamming.

Installed it, subscribed to get the Assistant feature, their instructions were out of date, it doesn't work, won't connect to my wireless service. Emailed support and they demanded screenshots without specifying what they wanted to see, to waste my time (I've seen this behaviour before from substandard tech support). I sent the screenshots and 2 days later no reply. If I don't have a response tomorrow it's getting uninstalled and the subscription cancelled.
