The device does not support -- Honor magic 6 pro CN ROM. What's the problem?

I can't make an account..? It just says "Sorry, the account is invalid" on the sign in page but there is no sign up page. So I can't sign up.

Pretty bad. My company uses this and the audio is constantly glitched even though we have 5G, and the UI is unintuitive.
