3 Weeks and counting It has taken for XPO to fix my bill. They made a mistake on my billing where I was not charged the proper amount and it has taken 3 weeks working with a manager and I still have not received the correct updated billing statement as if the manager is not able to get it fixed from the proper department. It has become ridiculous, something very off and unprofessional about this experience.

Every time I go to look up my paycheck can't get through for some reason I have to keep resetting my password

100 % sucks just like all xpo log ins. Always try to make it hard. Fully beleive one thing xpo doesn't know what the hell their doing. Secondly, its the way for I T to keep a job. Their the only ones that can fix a problem that actually takes about 30 seconds and can be fixed without all the lying
