I like the upgrade to Epic and having organizations linked. The check in feature, arrived feature, bill pay, and other features make it so easy and takes away from hours on the phone! Also, message option for nurses and medication refills, clinical notes, insurance, everything in one place and allows you to do just about anything including scheduling appointments.

I have just started using this app and found it really great 2 out of 3 ER visits. The one visit I wasn't happy with was a different hospital. I've learned location matters. It wasn't the app it was the care team at the other hospital that didn't provide information I wanted. The app would be 5 star if they had a place where we could send messages to all who dealt with me, if there was an info option in test results and an option to look at imaging we had. All game changers worth 5stars.

Thank you for the review. Many aspects of MyChart are controlled by each healthcare organization through setup and settings. We recommend reaching out to them for support. If you don't know how to reach them, email us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, let us know the issue and the organization names and we can look up their contact info for you.

Very convenient in so many ways. One can send communication to their doctor(s) with questions about tests, symptoms, updates, and so much more. Test results are available quickly, appointments can be made, and messages are usually answered very quickly. I believe doctors appreciate the convenience also. But be sure to avoid socializing. Save it for the important stuff!

What’s new

A new homepage card allows you to opt in to sharing your health data through Care Everywhere. COVID-19 information no longer appears before logging in to your organization. You can now share PDFs from other apps to MyChart. These changes might become available to you after your healthcare organization starts using the latest version of Epic.
