FairEmail is simple to use, but if you are looking for a very simple email app, FairEmail might not be the right choice.

FairEmail is an email client only, so you need to bring your own email address. FairEmail is not a calendar/contact/task/note manager and cannot make you coffee.

FairEmail does not support non-standard protocols, like Microsoft Exchange Web Services and Microsoft ActiveSync.

I have been looking for a comprehensive and effective privacy centric Email app that interfaces with my Outlook and Google accounts for quite some time and I have tried many with varying levels of success. FairEmail however seems to fit the bill perfectly. Also the support response is 2nd to none! Very much worth the $6 price of admission for the Pro version and to support this developer's passion for his work! This app is updated frequently. 6 months later, and it's still excellent!

Had a breakthrough moment today in the middle of checking my email about how much I appreciate this email app. It's got great features, usability and customization. And it really used to be the case that I would switch email apps all the time trying to find the right things I needed. But this one has been reliable and let's me focus getting through my inbox. Maybe some folks might like a more slick, modern app, but I appreciate the simplicity. I get to focus on text and GTD. 🙏🏼

Far and away the best email app, and I've tried many. Feature rich, with great emphasis on privacy. Open source apps always instill trust. Highly configurable. Developer is very quick, clear, and patient in responding to support questions. Don't just download, donate! (I swear I'm just a customer, and don't know the developer personally.)
