Ratings and reviews

In this modern era while other mobile banking App has improved far away by giving many friendly and advance easy to use daily features but this HSBC app is -0 (if possible I could rate). Still today my wealth details (incl. both debit and credit) are showing very wrong information. Real time online banking and App is far different! How come? Still today I cannot use the App for any kind of instant payment in local supermarkets or shops!! Strange

According to email and sms, we can check credit card transactions and also the estatement. However, I cannot find any.

So dificult to install on my phone. Not like another big bank provider in Indonesia. Please make it easier to register etc. So complicated. No qris, can not be cardless transaction
