Ratings and reviews

Went from 5* to 1*. Crashes during login. Crashes 6 times while trying to deposit a check. Sunlight is a problem with attempting to take a picture, it can't! UI is terribly slow and program no longer exits, you have to FIX it. Get it fixed. 3-1-2024 update. Still not fixed. Says check not signed, front image doesn't look like front, then oops something went wrong! Need to go to ATM to do this! Had my wife install the app also, she can't deposit checks either.

This app covers everything except access to the Payment Center, where you can easily see your regular monthly payable accounts and recent payments to new accounts, as you can on the computer platform. If this was added, the app would get a full 5 star rating. That's the only downside I've found so far. The rest is very convenient and allows me to keep tabs on our primary financial overview. Would recommend to all BECU customers!

I now can see my coffee and tea expenditures in its true dimensions. I'm horrified by this, buttttt.... the app has helped me set goals and continuously stay in the black. ( NICE). I will NEVER EVER ever return to a corporate bank. They are good at keeping their eyes on their own profit margins rather than my ability to track my coffee consumption (the envelope feature is one I really appreciate). This app is so straightforward and easy to navigate. I LOVE IT!
