This app has some bugs, at least on my Android phone, that indicate it was never tested before they published. For example, when I go to Pay my Bill, if I enter my card information and then select the "Save for future use" option, the button to actually make the payment disappears. This same issue occurs in other areas of the app as well. Otherwise, it's not bad.

At first, I loved this app and had no issues using it on my s10 except sometimes it lagged just a bit. With the last update, it's suddenly no longer compatible with my device [per IT]. It opens with the Nemours logo then goes to a blank, green screen and I can't go any further. The website is okay but I would still rather have the app back, much easier to navigate.

I used to love this app. Out of nowhere the app stopped working during video visits. Once connected I'd see myself on video for a brief second then the screen would go blank/ black. I can hear the provider but that's all. Then the video visit freezes and I receive a message that the camera and microphone are blocked and to enable settings. This is odd because I already enable them before the video started. I have a galaxy s10 and this just started happening.
