I can't seem to log in for the past 3 days - have been trying every few hours yet getting the same error message "The app is currently under maintenance as we are experiencing temporary network issues, please try again after sometime". I've deleted and reinstalled the app yet same issue.

I don't know what is the use of this worst app. I have submitted an application for change of health center, after 7 days i got reply that, contact your health center with below mentioned documents. My question is then what is the use of this app? If it is for information purpose only, that we will get from call center instantly. No need to wait for 7 days.

I am applying for the kids health cards, when I upload an image of size around 100k, the application crashes. Then I converted the images into PDF & I click the Apply button, there spinner spins but after few seconds, there is no output whether the application has submitted or not. I tried, clear data, cache, reinstall but nothing worked. Very poor & frustrating experience. Also, the updated address is not fetched from the Metrash2 app.
