• Check your business accounts and balances, all in one place
• View recent and next working day transactions, and filter by incoming or outgoing funds
• View and download sterling current and savings account statements
• Make payments to new and existing payees, or move money between your account
• Scan and deposit cheques
• Block and unblock or report your cards lost/stolen (primary users only)
• Access the app on up to 3 devices
• View your debit and credit card PIN
• Get 24/7 in-app support from our Virtual Assistant or message us directly and we'll send you an alert when we reply

How to register:
• First, make sure you’re signed up for HSBC UK Business Internet Banking. If you haven’t yet registered, go to: www.business.hsbc.uk/en-gb/everyday-banking/ways-to-bank/business-internet-banking.
• You’ll need a Security Device or a Security Device Replacement Code to set up the app and log on for the first time.

Useful app to view my balance & make quick payments or transfers if needed. The issue I have is I need to be able to print off payment confirmations but there's no way of doing through the app. Also, I'd love If you'd be able to pay multiple people like the desktop version now has!

Credit card balances are just stupid. The amount is shows had pretty much no bearing on the cards. This is a banking app not some 3rd party tool. It's pretty basic. If it's a negative balance do you owe HSBC or do they owe you? Like I say it's just stupid.

Hi, The credit card balance shown in the app is the current balance, a negative balance may show when your balance is below zero. This could be because you've overpaid your outstanding balance or if you've had a credit returned to your account. If you still need help please us on 03456 022 014 and our team can look into this. The app doesn't show in the list of apps, so I can't drag an icon onto the screen. - update... Ok, the problem is that the HSBC business app is called 'Business UK', not a mention of HSBC and the logo is tiny and black, so scanning through the apps, it doesn't look like the HSBC red logo we're used to seeing. You need to change the name to 'HSBC Business' so that it sits next to the HSBC personal app in the list.
