The mobile check deposit is really bad specifically when you try to deposit larger checks like government checks, the app doesn't take it, and kick you out. After trying several times, I had to deposit the check into my account in another bank and was done right away with no problem. Please fix this issue since last version app.. still not fixed.

Can't always deposit checks: Camera goes off when it's not aligned, when it's in the right place the picture preview is pure white like it didn't take a picture. Trying to press cancel doesn't actually cancel it, just tries to retake it, then after trying and failing often it logs you out!

awful, as expected. the app kicks you off if you switch between apps. I had to get my checking account # to put into ebay. the app of course didn't allow me to just copy it so I noted the first couple #s in my head, switched to ebay to enter them, then switched back to get the last numbers. hsbc logged me out. I thought activating the security device would help: nope. always kicked out if I leave the app. bad experience that I'm not looking forward to again.
