I don't use Facebook or X. After calling spectrum today, I learned that they have taken on more customers than they can service,so, they're downgrading all their customers! If it's not buffering, it's not recording. It is supposed to record 100 programs, but, only records 50! It's hit or miss... sometimes it will record, sometimes it won't! And you're no longer able to manage your DVRs from the app, so if you want to manage your DVR away from home, not possible!

Big disappointment going back with spectrum. I actually really liked the old Spectrum. Didn't really have too much problem with them. Now with just using an app to get my TV channels is horrible. When you turn the app on to watch TV. It takes at least a minute or so to get started. Then when you try and change channels or go to another channel that takes about 20 - 30 seconds to just go to the other channel. Uninstalled the Spectrum app and reloaded it 3 times in the last 3-4 months. Very disapp

Finding channels on the app is quite annoying and the fact that when casting you need to periodically change the channel or it shuts off is irritating, I can understand not wanting to waste the bandwidth but at least do it with a push notifications with a yes/no option rather than making us scramble for our phone just to change channels back and forth. Edit: Reduced to two stars because for some reason streaming recorded TV to my Chromecast looks like a bunch of pixelated smudges.
