Needs multi-account support. Managing multiple lines for my family is incredibly difficult without being able to log into all accounts and quickly switch between them. If you're not going to allow multiple phone lines on one subscription, you should at least make it easier to switch subscriptions in the app. Fully logging out and back in is not a good enough solution.

New update makes the app a bit more useful, but it's still not great and runs slow. In terms of the service itself, the new rewards system basically makes PM equivalent to any other "low cost" provider. The old system meant you knew what you were paying and made you feel valued as a long term customer; while the recent changeover has wiped much of that away and forced an arbitrary points system that doesn't seem to offer much for loyalty. Best I can tell, it will increase my regular bill.

Giving customers the option to switch to a new rewards system and then changing your mind, removing the choice, and forcing them to use the new system is a really bizarre choice strategically. No matter what your reasoning it is, it's not worth damaging your customers' goodwill like that. The app itself is pretty bad too, but not nearly as egregious as the recent changes that have been made.
