So there is one thing that really damaged my experience I still love the content, but the playback feature sucks it plays maybe for a matter of minutes and then the screen goes black, and the crazy thing is the sound is still working. I'm really disappointed it didn't used to do this. I have tried uninstalling an reinstalling, and it still does the same thing. :(

The app sucks. it keeps on buffering every minute. This is true on Disney and Hulu and the others. Plus I signed up for the account on the web and then I loaded it on my phone through the Play Store and now I have two accounts, one through Google and one through the web and they don't recognize each other and they have different passwords and I'm paying double. I can't believe a company like Disney put together. such a bad app.

Used to work just fine a few days ago, I have had it for a month but just recently the screen is all black whenever I go to watch something. I have tried reinstalling and restarting my phone twice but the screen on Disney+ is still black and all I can hear is the sound. If you can fix the black screen issue I'd put more stars.
