Why does this app need to access other nearby devices in order to work? I'm just trying to talk to my buddy who is in jail. Shouldn't need to sign all your information away to use this app let alone connect to other nearby devices. Make sure you read the terms. Very scummy and devious. Just like our court system. Not surprised. There's also no way to delete the info you share. Inmate sales shame on you.

this app is good for one thing taking your money! The only thing I've been able to work on is the chirp or text messaging. have scheduled video chats haven't happened I put money on the phone can't get phone calls. try support it's not a good luck with that. ready to call and get a refund on all my moneys. Go the old fashioned way to start writing letters.

this app is horrible. u have to buy everything separately ( visit money, email money, text/chirp money, phone money, ect.) with separate fees wich are like 5 dollars or more for just the fee each. I tried for hours to visit remotely from my phone and my laptop neither worked. there's a help button that literally doesn't have any options except a message saying "make sure u have internet connection" wich I do. I've tried on two separate phones and on two different internet connections with no luc
