So far so good if you want to order from the app and be charged double for most items. However, the in store scan option is absolutely useless. I was there for 2 hours trying to scan every item and not a single one would show covered. It was a very frustrating process, very time consuming, and very embarrassing to have to struggle like that to get the items we need. I certainly appreciate the benefit but the app needs a rehaul. I don't want to experience that ever again, it actually made me sick

The app is helpful in some aspects. But in other aspects the app isn't helpful at all. Because more than half of items listed. That you are able to get. You can't at all. Because when you scan the item. It always tells you that the item isn't elible to purchase. And if you look in the list that's included in the app of eligible items. More than aren't listed at all. And they won't scan right. I need a new 2024 catalog. Plus the catalog needs updating for sure. (And most definitely improved upon.

Does not provide accurate or zero availability for in store shopping. For the past week, all product scans at Walmart showed not eligible. I had to guess and take several different brands and sizes of the same items to check out in order to find out what I was able to purchase. I had met other customers who were having the same issue with their app. The interface and layout are extremely confusing. **updated from 1 star** thanks for responding and listening.
