Ratings and reviews

This app is woeful. When you cancel or change the appointment, the original does not disappear, and often it claims you will be charged $100 cancellation. The app repeatedly asks you to enter your card details and offers no alternatives eg "PayPal" or "Settle at Surgery". If you have multiple and changing appointments I would not recommend this app. A good idea, but not well executed.

Super easy to use for booking appointments or canceling if booked on the app, locks in appointment times so you’re not wasting time trying to ring through to busy practices. If you need to add extra information you can always call them and have notes added afterwards when more convenient rather than waiting to get through and appointment times being booked by others especially if trying to get appointments within bulk billing times.

I don't like that I have to provide my card details in order to book an appointment. I don't find it convenient to be charged automatically instead of in person. Especially if the charge is incorrect. I want to be able to book an appointment with my GP as I could on HealthEngine and IF there is a fee, I will pay it at the reception desk. This step needs to go.
