Ratings and reviews

I've been a Etisalat customer for so long. But I always get disappointed when I call customer support. Recently I upgraded my e-life plan and received faulty router(sercomm), and wifi works intermittently. I used the automated trouble shooting service many times, but no luck. Called customer support many times, Since the router is working intermittently, I realized there is no way that I get support from Etisalat. So I ended-up buying a good router my-self and fixed the issue. 😞

Would rate 0 if possible as well. Haven't been able to access account since contract renewal. Just useless calls back and forth without any outcome. Also mentioning that when we renewed the contract there was no credibility, we had to pay extra. Then when the team found out that their agent was wrong they removed the extra fees. Totally unprofessional and slow.

Customer AI help is horrible... I'm trying to update my ID for the past week and everytime the system tells me we couldn't procces you request or somthing went wrong and nobody know what went wrong and the AI refused to transfer me to a human support... I'm so frustrated with this and I need someone to solve this issue immediately to avoid disconnection
