Very difficult to register! Since I installed it almost a month ago, mY registration has never been successful. If i have another choice for a payment app, i would not waste my time trying to register apparently this is the app the company chose. If registration through the app is difficult, the developer could have given the clients the option to register through another mode.

I have very bad experience with this application. Please don't do transfers using this app. I send money to my own Indian account. 48 hours ago and Till now it is not credited and the AED was deducted from this app. And when we call customer care they are saying under process. This is my first experience in my 6 year UAE life. Very very bad.

Worst ever application Worst ever customers services Be safe and keep your money safe from this fraudulent app i sent money to pakistan on 10 may, not that money sent or refunded yet and whenever you will request for refund they start asking about the recievers details again i don't know why they need that details if we cancel a transfer So be careful and don't waste your money. it's better to download al ansari app and send money from there
