The result is hearing everything you need to, but at a much more pleasant and balanced volume.

One of the worst apps ever for an otherwise good product (I have Bose QC 2). Every now and then, the app just completely forgets that it has connected products and takes up to 30 mins or more to even provide an error message for no connection!!?!?! And when I try to reconnect the product, the app for some reason, does not pick up the product, EVEN THOUGH I FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE T!!! Genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever had the misfortune of using.

Headphones are Great but the app is useless, because it never "connects" when I want to use it. I can use the earbuds right out the case. However, if I want to mess with EQ at any point; I can't. Can't change noise cancellation modes without tapping my earbud. I don't get how the headphones will be connected to everything on the phone except the app that was made for it.

I hate to give an app one star without having seen it work. But in this case, I feel like being able to connect AT ALL to their product is a pretty fundamental requirement. The Bose Connect app works just fine and detects the earbuds. Then says that there's a "Better App" that I'm required to use. Maybe there's a twist ending and the better app isn't this one?
