Downloaded the free app to try for free. Everything was very easy to do. Just simply fill out the information they need and place the order. Just waiting on sim car to add (wish they offered E-Sim during setup). But will write another review after I get the sim card and see how hard or easy it is. I see a lot of negative reviews and it did deter me at first. But I think it was human error on setting their phones up. But we'll see.

Horrible experience! Can't get any help online or at store. Have tried twice to place an order for the trial. Both times advised it was successful. Neither time did I ever receive a SIM card.

Can I get a negative review I signed up for service to try for 2 weeks and I got the wrong number and no service when I called to find out about it the customer service person really didn't care they told me to go to the store that basically told me I would not get service through them so it doesn't matter so I advise anybody trying to get service through cricket or try the my cricket or the try cricket app not to do it because they will not uphold the end of the bargain
