New update is trash just keep loading. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Nothing UPDATE 4/16/24 I have contacted customer service and for over 2 weeks now I have not been able to watch live tv. Either on Chromecast or through the firestick. What is the purpose of contacting customer service giving the the error code number if they don't respond or fix the problem.

If you cut the cord and want to use this app to watch live abc programming then don't bother. You still require a cable subscription in order to access the same content that is being broadcast over the air for free. I usually use an antenna but the abc channel just doesn't seem to be picked up here (tried 3 different antennas), thought I could use the app but no luck. They say that some of the main abc content is unlocked after 8 days, but if you're using it to watch live sports its a waste

I loved the App until the latest update. Now there's 4 minutes of show, then 3 minutes of commercials. As soon as the show comes back on, ads start to play again. You only see about 20 minutes of a 60 minute episode. The commercials were never this bad and now, after watching the timed commercials, you get to watch more. Thanks for the great update!
