I've been pretty harsh when criticizing this app in the past, but they really seem to have completely overhauled the entire thing. It no longer crashes when denying the "Scan nearby devices" permission. It doesn't log me out when walking down the stairs. Overall it's much faster and reliable. I really haven't had any issue with it since the new update.

Can't open up history(new UI is broken), shows a list of packages, but then when I click on one, the screen flashes and nothing happens. Bluetooth to unlock is unreliable, not a great experience for $70 a year. Have you tried Amazon lockers? They are way better. I wish I wasn't stuck with this company.

Update: the updated UI is somehow even worse. My building has multiple lockers and the UI no longer shows which locker you need to go to, leaving you to run around. Original review: Logs me out of the app every time I lose cell service. The building's lockers are in a garage where I don't have cell service. Please stop invalidating my session every time my connectivity changes.
