Not a good experience at all. The app doesn't work well. If you think you can save photos of your receipts to use when required (so you don't have to keep a hard copy). Think again. The app doesn't like the photo format that it saves. Also, fingerprint login only works for a short time before you need to use the password again and reconfigure. The whole experience with MetLife managing my funds has been horrible as well.

It won't open anymore. Also, any time I need to change my password I do not get a notification to change my password before it expires and I get completely locked out and have to contact support to get back in.

Ok. Be careful. If you fail to file a claim correctly, can you just submit something else in it's place? No. You have to pay them or submit other claim receipts under the denied claim. How am I supposed to keep track of all that? Doesn't seem well thought out. I can't submit other items to compensate for it in the main area. *Error*. Why don't you give your errors a name that is meaningful to the customer? I have so many claims I can't submit and my money is tied up in theseclaims
