Poor mobile banking accessibility. Basic QR scanning is not available when I was making payment. I had an embarassing experience at a restaurant because of your poor apps maintenance. Had to switch to another bank account to make payments. Cards declined at payment counters for so many times. Cards wave couldn't be used, most of the times required pin code entries. I'm so upset with your banking services, OCBC!

Unable to use on S24 ultra. I transfered all my data and apps from my old Samsung s20 fe to my new s24 ultra and enabled work profile only. However the ocbc app keeps closing stating I have installed administrative apps which is a security risk. My phone setup is exactly the same as my old phone except for software version. Calls to Ocbc is fruitless as they just asked me to uninstall any apps and try again.

7)WARNING. Buggy versions facilitates double payments. 6)fixed🙂 5) No OneToken when logged in. 4)Small displays+small keys=mistakes. Tends to logout half way through. 3)Annoying adverts, conveniently too small to read. 2)No idea what the text shown before making a payment is all about. Click OK to proceed in the game with out timing out. 1)No data security policy so not secure. Do they want to be data pimps?

What's new

In this release, we have further strengthened our security by introducing a Kill Switch function in the OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app. With a few taps, you have the power to swiftly suspend your accounts, cards and digital banking access immediately.

We have also fixed some bugs and made some quality-of-life improvements on fund transfers.
