The hardware, the packaging is second to none. I started 3d printing in 2014. Decided to get a model and Print Printer. However, as impressed I am by the hardware, the software simply SUCKS, can't connect to a smart phone via Bluetooth in 2024 is unforgivable. What are we in, 2014? One of the silly suggestions is try another phone. How about I try another printer, that would be less of a hassle.

Hi there! Sorry for the hassle. You can try turning off your phone and then turning it back on, resetting the printer to factory settings and trying again.

I'm using this with the M5. Its lacking in comparison to the windows desktop studio. First, the video sometimes work initially but if the phone goes to sleep or you navigate off the app, the video play/pause button disappears. Then comes printing from a phone is also a bit lacking as there isn't much customization that can be done to the print quality or editing how the file will be processed. Overall, I don't use the app anymore except to monitor the time remaining and the notifications.

I was living this app. Made printing my files really easy. Until last night. Last night, it started only downloading files to 33%, then stopped. My printers still work fine with my laptop, but not with my phone. Others are having this same issue. Please fix this so I can give you 5 stars!

Hi Beth, sorry for the trouble you've been having. It looks like there might have been a glitch with our server network that caused everything to get a bit overloaded. Could you give it another shot and try slicing and printing one more time? That might just fix the issue.
