The app is fast and works offline wich is grate, the only annoying thing is it makes you sigh back in every 3-7 days and if you don't it will not remember anything you connected to it previously. Personally I think that is a little unnecessary especially when the Anker prime power bank I use is connected with Bluetooth not Wi-Fi. But if that was fixed it would be 5/5 stars

Simple clean app. Evidently WiFi and Bluetooth self disconnect to preserve unit power. Would be nice if app gave options when to disconnect or stay connected when being used as a UPS. Using UPS there's no need to auto disconnect. I love the C1000 as a UPS for my insulin cooler, gives some peace of mind to all the investments. Thanks Anker consider upgrading?? 🤗

The layout of the app is very simple and clean so it is super easy to use. My one and only suggestion (and I don't even know if this would be an app issue or cooler issue) is that if I turn the cooler off, eventually whenever I go to turn it back on it appears the cooler's Bluetooth is off. The app will search and search for the cooler until I turn Bluetooth back on by pressing the button on the cooler for 2 seconds. It would be nice if Bluetooth just stayed on.
