Ratings and reviews

Sensitivity is way to high when trying to view point of interest for a child trying to hold to get animals to show up, then tap on them, causing the poi to clear mainly affects any poi in the water, land sometimes works. Makes it unusable for a child.

Tested app on my son's tablet before gifting him the globe; seems to be quite interesting. Sadly can't install app on my daughter's tablet even tho it's the same model as my son's (app won't show up as being available to install on her tablet). CS team was very quick to help troubleshoot and nailed down the problem to a minor fix. Hopefully they could fix it before globe is gifted to the kids for Christmas. 4 stars for the impressively quick response time and my quick test on functionality.

The app says it's compatible with the Fire 8 but it is not giving me the option to download it to my son's tablet. When we download it to his phone The stars it was really glitchy. It's so frustrating by this for my son for Christmas. He is a 7 year old who is inspired to be a scientist. Soul, as you can imagine, this was the highlight of his Christmas gift which is now Quite frustrating and disappointing.
