App keeps freezing. The little games are cute but it seems like when it comes to scanning, that's when we freeze. Once we restart it's fine for a little while and then freezes again during one of the adventures so we are constantly restarting. I'm on the fence about keeping this globe BC it's frustrating for a little kid, therefore the parent as well.

There was an issue with the app where it wasn't loading and my son was disappointed but thanks to the excellent customer service as they resolved the issue within their promised time of 24-48 hours. My son is so engaged and he is learning a lot about the dinosaurs. Happy that we came across this brand. One of the good app for kids it engaging for my 5 year old. looking forward to more and extended content for further age groups.

Hi! My kid loves this app. He loves dinos sooo much. But in dino clock adventure we have only 5 adventure part. He likes to play that part all time. But now he is getting board because there no other updated dino adventure clock. So pls update it and give us more adventure time.
