The app is okay. I can save favorite sandwiches, and the points work fine. However, I'm not sure the store gets all of the order information. Multiple times we've missed a drink or chips if there are 2 of the same thing, or the sandwiches are wrong. With some options removed, it's harder to customize what we want or can have. Why have an app when we don't get what we pay for?

Very badly designed and implemented. There are so many good e-commerce apps available as references it's quite insulting the way this one works. You can't get to cart on any screen except home screen. You can't visit any of the other tabs (deals, rewards, etc) unless you are at the home screen. Cart loading is extremely slow. Navigating the app itself is an exercise in patience and understanding. Need better.

The two main reasons to use a fast food restaurant app are convenience and the ability to accumulate reward points. This app has failed both for me. The app has said that ingredients or sandwiches aren't available when they were. It has forced me to go to a restaurant farther away. Then it didn't work for one restaurant, and after multiple attempts to add the missing purchase, it has still not added it onto my account which will result in lost points on top of the inconvenience.
