Ratings and reviews

The update messed it up. The app has become useless. When trying to log in with 2-step verification it gives a message that the feature isn't working. I called a number it showed and that person sent an email for me to reset my password. When doing so I ran into the same problem. Please fix this bug. I use this app regularly.

This app and website is hit or miss. Sometimes it's IMPOSSIBLE to make an order, other times it's simple. Occasionally prices or quantities are mixed up, leading to the wrong things being delivered. Best thing about it is Convienence and efficiency. They offer many coupons and rewards as incentives and that makes a HUGE difference because Walgreens isn't exactly known to be cheap. Some items are doubled in price compared to competitors.

Always have problems using this app. Good luck on trying to pull up your receipts and getting your points to load because everything isn't in one place! The latest issue is that I can not continue my purchase due to a system bug. No matter how many times I sent the order through, it would suddenly revert back to my payment details. I finally got the order to send; however, the order didn't go through for pickup. I ended up having to shop physically at the store for my items.
