They give you good prewritten tips but the AI they use to"coach" you constantly gets things wrong. Food suggestions are not very imaginative. Even so, it does provide a place to keep you accountable and remind you to drink your water or exercise kind of stuff. It's a good enough jumping off point but once my 3 months are up I won't renew unless something drastically changes.

Overall I like the app, but there are some little issues that make tracking fasting times inaccurate. When the notification pops up that it's time to fast and it's clicked, the app immediately defaults to the last meal that was entered. So, if the last meal you entered was at noon, but you started fasting at 7:00, it automatically counts those hours as fasted hours without letting you enter anything else. This has been a huge issue for me and makes the app obsolete.

I had used this app back when it first launched. It gave few options to log food, they expanded into it, all good. Took a break, came back, and now there's way too many things going on. The best feature is the nutrition info feature. This app was meant to encourage you to take matters in your hands, now it's doing it for you but paying for a coach.
