I got the app, invested, Andrei contacted me to schedule a 15 minute onboarding session which turned into an hour where he was kind enough to answer all of my questions. It was founded by people with solid backgrounds so that's a plus. The ui is clean and intuitive. The logic behind it seems legit with documents and numbers to back it up which shows they are transparent, however, it's fairly new so i am cautious. In conclusion, invest what you can aford to lose (at least for a while)

Nice, very brilliant app, and clever way for the lesser financial people to get in on real estate!

Why the update is required from inside the app. If an update is there it should be on play store itself not an internal process within the app. That's Abit suspicious
