I love a good millionaire romance novel and Sarah Balance’s The Millionaire Gamble is a perfect example of this. Kennedy Price is seeking justice for her sister and nephew after her sister had a one night stand with millionaire mogul Jagger Hamilton. Kennedy’s sister has told her that Jagger knows he has a son but refuses to acknowledge or support her and the child leaving that burden upon Kennedy. When Kennedy discovers Jagger will be at her bosses casino she plots to find a way to get a sample of his DNA and force him to take responsibility. After doing her research, she presents herself as the illusion of Jagger’s perfect woman in order to get closer to him. When a scorching hot kiss leaves her trembling in his arms, Kenney snags some of his hair and makes a break to get the DNA results. When an incident leaves her in danger before she can get back to her room it is Jagger who sweeps in to save the day. Once she confronts him with about his son Jagger claim innocence and denies having slept with her sister or even knowing about a child. Jagger is blown away from the beauty that just tried to take a piece of his scalp during their kiss. When he sees a man slip a drug in her drink he goes running to her rescue. He was not expecting that rescue to turn into accusations of him being a father and leaving a child and mother without means to take care of themselves. To prove his innocence he agrees to go back home with Kennedy and have a paternity test performed on the condition that when it comes back negative that he is the father then she must help convince her boss to sell his casino to Jagger. The longer these two are around each other the harder it is for them to deny their mutual attraction. What started out a blackmail may just turn into the love neither one of them was looking for. This was a thoroughly entertaining and sexy book and I would highly recommend to everyone. I received an eARC of this book compliments of the publisher in exchange for my honest review and opinion. Kennedy was willing to put everything on the line for the love of her family. Not having all the facts proves a road block but she has a few ideas that ultimately get her into hot water with the big bad wolf. Jagger is no pushover. Kennedy may be crazy and manipulative but she has his hormones in overdrive. What starts out as a little creative detective work ends up quickly becoming a battle of wills, with high stakes. I received an ARC of The Millionaire's Gamble by Sarah Ballance in exchange for an honest review. Just seeing a Sarah Ballance novel makes me smile. Her stories consist of people that love quickly, hard and completely. They go somewhat crazy along the way but that makes them all the more endearing.

This book is awesome! Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down. I have read over 130 books this year and this book is one that stands out for me. Sarah Ballance has a unique way of pulling you in and it is an amazing ride! "The Millionaire's Gamble" by Sarah Ballance is the story of Jagger Hamilton and Kennedy Price. This book is hot, steamy, funny, and emotional with some surprises along the way. Kennedy believes that Jagger Hamilton fathered her nephew. She will do whatever it takes to make sure that he takes responsibility for the child. Jagger didn't father the child but he can use this situation to get what he wants. What he wants is Kennedy in his bed and Jagger always gets what he wants. This time Jagger may get more than he bargained for. This is one book that you must read. You will not regret it! I absolutely loved, loved this book. I recommend that you check out Sarah Ballance's other books too. This book is another winner! FYI, included mature content.
