A very short story that is very filling to say the least. If you are interested to taste Irvine's style this story is short and sweet, true to the style we have come to love.

Have read, and own all or Irvine's books and have passed on the junior novels to nephews..So when I say he has got even better as a wordsmith I like to think it has some credibility. Read it, then email him and tell him to write and Elder Days of Hightspall trilogy (am sure it is in the pipeline).
