With some encouragement from a few other lovers in Anita's life she reluctantly agrees, and J. J. makes plans to fly into town for an experience that none of them will ever forget.

Ratings and reviews

The last book wasn't so bad and it felt like she was getting back into characters and less into long discussions about who wants to have sex with who and why alongside lots of nothing but sex... and then this book went right back into sex. I like sex... I like having sex in my romance novels, but it's got to make the story a richer landscape because of the sex or it's just plain erotica, not a novel or short story...

Reads as an erotic short/tutorial for negotiating sex acts be it between m/f, f/f, or multiple partners of any combination. Felt like we were 'thrown a bone' to tide us over. Would rather wait longer for a great read like Affliction. That said, best part was hints into Envy's and Jade's characters. Looking forward to more plotting!

Disappointing yet a bit educational. for those that are interested in Reading pornography or interested in same sex relationship this is the book for you. the entire book is basically nothing but sex. where was my mystery and my horror? basically I think that is why I am a little disappointed. if I had known said it was nothing but sex I would have skipped buying it. definitely not one of Laurel K Hamilton's best works
