Best practices

  • Make sure that the users you're inviting have a Google Account. If they don't, prefer to use an alternative email or if they're a Google Workspace user, they can also create a Google Account with their company domain by following these steps.

  • Keep the Play Console secure by using individual accounts to sign in instead of sharing login credentials

  • Regularly assess user access and permissions. If a user no longer needs access to the Play Console, select 'Remove user' or update the access expiry date.

  • Filter by 'Expires within 30 days' to find out which users or permission groups are about to expire
