I do interval training and needed something to track me, without the need of starting and stopping a timer. I currently have 6 interval timers saved, and this has made all the difference for me! My workouts are more streamlined and I don't need to worry about my heart rate dropping too low between sets. You can set prep time, length of each set, and rest time in between, and you can save each timer by its own name or purpose (ie: Warmups, Warmup Sprints, etc). This app is perfect!

Allows you to set timer sound on rest and break whatever number you want ( for example, this is the sound 10 seconds before the end of the set). I tried a few before this one, and now i need look no further. Presets very easy to adjust. Overall, it is very easy to use for advanced athletes!

I've been using this app for years and it's a part of every workout. I use it as my warm-up timer, round timer when hiring the heavy bag, or to guide my circuit training. you can customize just about every aspect you need and can store several workout timer routines. It's a straight-forward and reliable timer app.
