I like how accessible the information I need is in the app; so much helpful info right at your fingertips. [Example: I had the insurance for less than a month & a dr wanted to send me for PT. I had no idea which places were covered. But with the app I was able to quickly look up which places near my house were covered, & that saved me a lot of hassle.] I'm thankful I have this tool. It's tiring & inconvenient to have to log in to a computer every time you need to look something up.

Always forgets fingerprint login information, it's a slow app, there is no easy way to copy the information of the providers to look for reviews outside of the app because they don't have reviews for all providers. The Web version is better, and you can actually copy text. I'd recommend that over the app, just be ready for pages to not remember your previous location.

Continuous connection problems., and the app says we're having technical problems! Come back later! Aetna's annual revenue is $60.6B, yet they can't make an app that works flawlessly for their patients? It's not just this company, either they have no idea what they're doing in the tech world, or they refuse to spend the money for the right software programmers. Ridiculous, it should work flawlessly, before even signing patients up. Literally using app most times, is just frustrating and a waste.
