The app keeps telling me my cards are invalid. I've tried 3 different cards, all of which I KNOW have plenty of funds on them. I updated the app thinking that was the problem, but no change. It shows me the same error message. I was unable to get my crown perks for my purchase, I couldn't get the online deal I was trying to redeem by using the app, and I had to go in the store to order which was PACKED, to make it worse, my food was wrong. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT HAVE IT MY WAY!👎

I love this app and Burger King. The one in Grove City has an excellent crew and management. The place is always spotless and trash emptied. They greet you with a smile, pleasant demeanor and prompt service. Believe it or not, the food they serve looks like the poster version more often than not. The menu could probably be streamlined a little better. Overall, I can find the menu, the rewards, deals and its easy to order your meal.

I accepted an offer for "Whopper or impossible whopper". I was never allowed to choose between the two. I tried the built in help, but the app created overlapping pop ups, so I could not read all the instructions. I called the phone number to talk directly, but both numbers privided are no longer in service. That was a nightmare experience, and now I must cross my fingers and hope I get something I can eat.
