best book ending I've read in a while!! it's so cool how the author brings all 0f it together at the end.

This book contains everything I hoped it would. Love, hope, perseverance; but also the darker sides of life that make it so real. Despair, loss and grief are all present as well. It was masterfully written and I look forward to reading it again. My only regret is that I will never again experience the shock at that twist, seven books in the making.

I absolutely love Maas' books. I have been reading this series since high school when I found Throne of Glass in the school library and read as many installments as I could get my hands on. I stopped for a while because I'm an impatient serial bookworm, but when I found Kingdom of Ash as a new release here on Google, I quickly caught myself up. I am so sad the series is finished, but this book is a perfect, satisfying ending to a wonderful story-world. This series tops my list of favourite books. <3
