I could completely identify with the main character and his struggles with forgiving an enemy and trying to understand why God allows suffering. My faith in a loving Heavenly Father was strengthened by reading and thinking about the message in this book. I am so grateful for a gifted, inspired Christian authors like Janette Oke.

Really got me thinking on things in my own life. How I need to ask God's help in forgiving others. And to forgive my self. I also need to thank God more often. Great read!
