I had this problem wich probably many had where first i had bought the last coin pack and then lost everything now for what im asking is to fix the problem and at least return my money back or give me the coins and my username is Raoul thank you

I've lost all my weapons, level and bought money, I had all the components for making guns till glass, and I was collecting money for the next one, I was level 16 and halfway to get aluminium guns, I bought 1000 coins to get closer to the target but the next day , i had the tutorial view and nothing more than a wooden gun , please give me back all and fix this
