Ratings and reviews

Really upset after attempting to update the game it's totally stopped working. I either get stuck on the initial loading screen into the menu, or a "downloading update" screen stuck permanently. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, lost all my progress and created a new character MULTIPLE times to have it crash the same way. I love the gameplay, I was hooked and I miss it! Zynga seem to have ghosted me when I emailed in for help. Dissappointed :(

play button on the main screen is missing. I've followed FAQ advice on Android problems: reinstalled the app and connected to FB, and the phone is up-to-date. Then contacted Support, and presented the screenshots, and they just said: be patient; well, I'm patient :-) Anybody here have the same problem? update: after a while, the button returned but the animation of moves and blasts is lost.

Do not be fooled to join as a beginner, it will become impossible to be free to play as you level up. The new updates have ruined the gameplay. Changes to the ways and amount of coins to earn (barely) and all the creatures have the same advantages. Support has constantly been unavailable for long periods, I've been waiting 3 days still. I had a major bug for 10 weeks they wouldn't fix but had fixed others. It's not the same game I joined up with and not worth installing. I'm ready to uninstall.
